Return Policy

Customers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returned products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened, used or unsealed fragrance products cannot be returned.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we have received and inspected the returned product.
