These terms apply to the use of the AL BATASH online store and to purchases made through the store.

Products and prices

We sell fragrance products through our online store. Product prices, availability and product information are shown on the product page.

All prices are shown in euros. The final price, shipping costs and any applicable fees are shown at checkout before confirming the order.

Orders

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order is correct.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is charged according to the selected payment method when the order is placed.

Shipping

Returns and cancellation

Terms related to returns and cancellation can be found in our Refund Policy.

For hygiene reasons, opened, used or unsealed fragrance products cannot be returned.

Product use

Products are intended for external use only. The customer is responsible for using the product properly according to the product information and safety instructions.
